Our 60-minute therapeutic massage uses Swedish massage techniques to vasodilate and relax your blood vessels to prepare your body for healing before moving into deeper massage. This massage will be tailored to the needs and wants of the client and can include both relaxation and deep tissue techniques.
Areas of the body to focus on will be discussed with the client before the massage.
